I just unlocked the armor synthesis, ADA-1 gave me synthesis materials, got the quest to use them, ran out of playing time. I Log in today, all of it is gone, and none of the armor was modified. I would really like to be able to use what I already have instead of wasting hours of my time that I don't have since I can only play on my very limited free time. Is there any way to fix this? If not is there an actual support form? I keep having items go missing, from shaders to ships.
