Android Bungie Companion App

Transferred on my android phone Destiny companion app a light level 1570 Calus mini tool Level 48 to my Hunter and it never made it. I have cleared the Destiny app caches and data and then deleted the app from my phone. I reinstalled the Destiny companion app but the 1570 Calus mini tool with the level 48 never appeared.
Bungie, can you please help get my Calus mini tool back.. I worked very hard on that gun and just to have it disappear that way is just absolutely depressing. Also, I notice on the Discord under RwA (Rebels without Applause) I earned a Precious Scars exotic helmet on my Titian but Charlemagne did not report it. So, I am wondering about if that is related to my missing Calus mini tool.
