Once I tripped and it opened a hole to the shadow realm

I tripped on a magic vase and broke it and it opened a portal to the shadowfell[/spoiler]

I killed a wyvern with 2 basic shortswords, and I've managed to make limbo objectively more fun by dancing so hard that all the other creatures in limbo started to dance too.
