well..... support did you dirty then... weve been posting here with this issue for YEARSSSSSSSSSS... nothing has changed. nothing has been fixed. all we get is the same copy pasted useless 'reset your settings' stuff.......

Some of us have been doing this walk when Rise of Iron launched.
