Deactivate cross play/save

About four months ago I got an Xbox and decided to play (Destiny) on it. For some context I already have a PlayStation 4 for which I’ve been playing Destiny since day 1. Anyway I decided to activate cross play on my Xbox and link with my PS4 Destiny characters. Now I had purchased some silver on my (Destiny) account on Xbox. After playing for about a month I decided I didn’t like cross play and tried to deactivate it. I was told I had to wait 90 days because I had purchased silver on my Xbox account. Fine…I wasn’t happy but what are you gonna do? I waited the three months and now it’s telling me some other bullshit about purchased silver. I already waited the 90 days! What do I do? Theres a difference between crossplay and crossave. Purchased and transactions are console based and data and info between the two cant transferred to each other. Cross Save
