Character model not loading in.
In crucible, either mine or the enemy character models haven't loaded in for the whole match. Mostly happens in a fireteam.

I' m on a Series S and this has been happening to me since Friday as well. Intermittently and sometimes entire matches or activities. Strikes, Gambit, Crucible, Override. All of them. Character will not load and/or opponents and teammates don't show. Just clear glittery shapes running around.
