Not Getting World Armor Drops From Zavala
Is something bugged with Zavala? When turning in Vanguard Tokens to Zavala I get world drop weapons but for armor all I get is Phobos gear. I did this on my Hunter and then did it on my Titan and the results were the same, no world drop armor. Do I have to complete a quest or something? I watched a Luckky10p video or him turning in 800 tokens and he was getting world drops.
