Freeze on startup
I had been playing just fine yesterday but upon starting the game up again with no major changes to my PC it freezes a split second into loading up and nothing I've done seems to fix this issue.
I've tried starting in admin, reinstalling, verifying chance both normally and with deleting everything in the main file except packages, restarting steam, using a different language, more or less every suggestion I can find with no results.
I would appreciate some help if there's anything to suggest.

I have a familiar problem. My game crushed and i restarted it. But fps dropped to about 5! If i did alt+Tab and alt+Tab to the game again, the fps comes to normal but for few seconds and it drops again. Deleting and reinstalling drivers helped, but only untill the next start of the game and the dropping stuff came back. Everything is fine with my GPU, it works great. I did benchmarks, i played another games. Everything is fine but Destiny 2. ApeAttorney, a have no idea how to help you, but i hope that my comment will benefit for both of us.
