Clan Help Needed By a Bungie Employee

There's this clan with not one member that was made a LONG time ago, and I would like to know if I could be accepted into the clan somehow, and made founder since no one is in the clan? It wouldn't make sense for me not to be allowed in the clan since no one is in it or owns it LOL
