I have bad internet(I am using 4G internet by mobile phone hotspot). I have got disconnected from Gambit match. Now I have restriction. I want to know, when my restriction will be removed.

Thanks for your answers. I appreciate them. I knew that my mobile internet is making Strict NAT type, but I did not thought that I could be restricted from this. In Kazakhstan mobile internet is way faster than regular one, and it has lesser ping to servers. I guess that I will have to refuse from mobile internet. FTTH is not yet available in my "village" :|

If it was your first restriction, then it’s usually 2 weeks. If not a first restriction, then it’s 2 months. Also, stay out of all pvp (crucible & gambit) until you can get a dedicated network line. Mobile data is no way good enough for gaming.

First one is two weeks second one is two months .... and it will keep happening if you continue to play on 4g hot spots.

Allo there, The #Help forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal this ban or restriction. You would have been told the length of the ban on logging into D2. Please keep in mind doing PvP on a mobile connection really isn't a good idea and could see you get restricted again. Please review the Contact Form: Appeal Ban or Restriction article found here. Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that this ban or restriction will be overturned.
