If two Guardians had a kid, and the Light did pass down to it...

I can imagine it now: *baby sitter calls* "Guys, something really weird is going on with Jack-Jack right now!" I'm not saying it's genetic, this is just a what if post.

  • I can imagine it too... So mom’s trying to get the baby ready for bed, but baby doesn’t want to go to bed. So the baby takes a page out of mommy’s book when dada seems to get too excited, and casts Fists of Havoc. After all, it always seems to make dad back off... and he seems to like it too. Fast forward to high school, the parents have hope their sweet little angel will choose to become a Warlock, and maybe join the Praxic Order someday. But “society doesn’t understand” the kid, and they’ve started watching Gambit matches instead of the Crucible they’ve loved their entire life, and started hanging around the Annex more. At the dinner table the child has talked a lot about the Shadows of Yor, and how the Dredgens are misunderstood, just like them. Naturally this is upsetting to our Sunbreaker mother. She thinks of asking her husband to talk to them about this phase, as Hunters usually are more popular with the teens, but she then remembers that fact; he’s a Hunter. Good and creative in the sack, but a potato who Blade Barrages himself everywhere else. “It’s not a phase, mom!” The child cries as they cast Silence and Squall. After the scares of them becoming a Stasis wielding Hunter, and the high school years pass, it’s time for the goodbyes as the kid goes off to college. The child tells their mother and father that they want to study to be a warlock! Of course our Titan mom is very happy to hear this, but when the departing college student mentions his subclass choice, the parents are left in disappointment to learn their sweet little angel is going to be a Nova Warp warlock. Their child was going to be the guardian equivalent to a hobo. Those poor parents. So yeah, it’d definitely suck. Not only because there’s a chance your kid could be a Nova Warp hobo, but also for the kid. Imagine having a titan as mom, and with that the knowledge your dad is into being punched. Just traumatizing.
