Are there any networking considerations that need to be made for the companion app to work? Maybe certain ports needing to be opened or something like that? I just upgraded my network to a mesh setup (tp-link deco x20) from an asus wireless router and I had no issues before regarding the app. I swapped out my equipment today and the app no longer connects. I also noticed that Ishtar won’t connect either. If i disable wifi and move my phone to LTE the apps work fine. Switch back to wifi and everything stops working again. I tried clearing the cache, logging off and back on, deleting and reinstalling etc... and nothing works. My PS4 doesn’t have issues getting into D2 and I haven’t noticed any other connection issues... it’s just the companion app and also Ishtar stopped working as soon as I was running the new hardware. The FW is all up to date as is my app version and version of iOS. I’m lost on what my next steps should be so if anyone has any experience with this Id greatly appreciate the input.
