Game keeps crashing

My game keeps crashing right before it allows me to select a character, anyone got any ideas on how to fix? I've already uninstalled the game and redownloaded it but it keeps doing it. I never had these problems when I played on battle.net but now that its on steam I can't even play the damn game

Well the only thing I can think of to fix this (since you already Uninstalled and reinstalled) is to restart you computer or clear you cache. If that doesn't work either, id try reinstalling it one more time
