xbox authentication issue for cross save
I just swapped to PC and wanted to move my D2 cross save from my PS4 account, but because i played D1 on an xbox it wants me to authenticate that as well, however i cannot even remember the email associated with that account, so i have no way to remove it from cross save so i can pull ps4 info, how can i correct this?

Hey there! You cannot unlink an account without being able to authenticate to it. Bungie will not unlink it for you. You'll need to contact Xbox concerning recovering the account if you wish to gain access to it to unlink it. If that is not successful, you will need to move your good accounts over to a new Bungie profile if you wish to cross save. All emblems tied to your current Bungie profile will not carry over to the new one.
