In-Game content

Hey Bungie Support, this is the second time i'm having this issue with my pre-order stuff i didn't received my In-Game stuff as advertised Ghost, emblem and Emote. Here is the Microsoft order number 4693454176. I didn't include my personal email address as this is open to the public and still i feel you should have a ticketing system in place as that would be more secure , just my few cents. Also i noticed on the same account my emote "Coin Flip" was there and now it says i don't own it but i did, please fix this and thank you. Gwapoako
