Verify Files Error Daily Issue
I am getting the verify integrity of game files error every, single, day. I have reinstalled on a new drive, tested all my pc components, etc. I have tried everything. If I verify, the game runs for about 24 hours, maybe less, then the error hit's again. Help, please, I suddenly can't play my favorite game right before a new season, ugh.
Game is now installed on a WD Black NVMe M.2 500GB SSD, it was on a WB Blue SATA HDD 2TB.
Basic PC specs:
i7-8700k
Aorus Extreme OC 1080ti
16GB DDR4 3000Mhz Corsair RAM
WD Black NVMe M.2 500GB SSD
ASUS Maximus Hero X Motherboard

I should also note, this did start recently, maybe a couple weeks ago. Also, I have a ton of other games and programs installed, and Destiny is the only one that is broken like this.

I have the same problem. D2 will be running fine one day, and then the next it has a problem with it's .exe . Which I need to patch to fix but when I try that it results in a Disk Write error on steam causing the fix to stop. Nothing I do (clearing DL cache, verifying file integrity, etc.) works to adress this. Only a complete reïnstall fixes the problem until i turn of my pc and we're back at square 1. Please help!

2 RepliesHi there. Thanks for contacting us. If you continuously receive these errors, that indicates that either your HDD is failing, or some other hardware in your system is failing. You may need to do so research and perform tests to see if your hardware is having any issues.
