It isn’t my fault and I’m done with you not admitting it’s yours

This is BS. I’ve just reinstalled all wiring for my internet. Rebuilt everything. Had technicians over today to rewire everything. I have even better internet than before. I’ve done literally everything and I’m still getting Error Code Baboon. This is bull and I’m done. Over a month of dealing with this and not only do you provide no help or solutions but you also refuse to acknowledge that it can be anyone’s else fault but ours. I’ve tried everything but I’ve never experienced such neglect and frankly appalling customer help. You should be ashamed. This is unacceptable.

Just more of an FYI ... 1. "Your Connection" is everything between your console and the game service. While you seem to have tested and addressed things in your home, have you done upstream testing to see if there is an issue somewhere along the route? Any bottleneck could result in issues. 2. Baboon is related to packet loss. You can have the highest bandwidth around, but if you can't maintain ZERO packet loss and low latency at every point the data travels, then you are likely going to have issues. 3. What kind of internet do you have? If at any point your ISP sends data over satellite or cellular networks (or even microwave in some instances) it will not be quality enough for this game (most of the time) What platform are you playing on? XB has a failry good set of testing tools on board and is usually a good place to start. PS less so, but also a good place to start. PC is up to the end user as to what they have available. When you do testing on PC. make sure you are testing to a server on the west coast of NA, like WA state etc. If you are only running your ISP's local testing, they are only testing to your closest node - that won't tell you much of anything.
