Got 2 chat notifications but they didn’t appear, help

Hey! there are 2 tabs when it comes to notifications just notifications(usually tells you that your fireteam is ready) and the chat section make sure you are on the right one. If this does not work feel free to clear your cache and or re-install the companion app. Hope this helps :)
