I just introduced a friend of mine to the game, free to play, to see if he wanted to invest more in the coming months if he might stick with it. I was excited to introduce him to the Solstice event and talked up the EAZ activity, as it was something I enjoyed from last year... Upon zoning into the tower, he is unable to interact with Eva in order to get started and do this first EAZ. We can't figure out why... Is there a power level pre-req? We read that some people found that if you were in the Red War campaign, they were unable to access Eva also. We tried abandoning the campaign, but that didn't work. Also, with or without the campaign, my freshly deleted/re-created Hunter was able to pick it up just fine, so that seemed unlikely. The only variable is that he's brand new and hasn't purchased anything. But this content is supposed to be free for all players, so.... What gives?
