SAVE CAMPAIGNS & RAIDS + idea how Bungie could do that

I was thinking about one possible way how to "save" those things... they would still remove planets and everything with it to save some space for new things I will definitely miss all removed destinations but it's not something I couldn't bear... you know, if it's part of story I understand that. BUT I can't say this about campaigns and Leviathan... campaigns, the base of D2, tons of story and Leviathan, the best raid in whole game. Ok... so the idea is that they would put each campaign (Red War, Curse of Osiris, Warmind and maybe even Forsaken in the future) to individual "packages" which would contain everything you need to complete whole story (locations, quests etc.) and they would release them as a optional downloadable content (free for players who already own this content and as a optional bonus with any DLC for people who play f2p... if you play only f2p without any DLCs etc., you wouldn't have this "bonus" content available) With Leviathan it would be same system, they would release optional "Leviathan package" and if you donwload it, you could play raids (maybe even Menagerie) with players who have this package installed too... just like now. If you would like to save space or you know, you won't play e.g. Leviathan, you could just remove that content package at any time and download it back any time too. From all those activities you wouldn't have any types of Legendary Engrams (because they would have to update pool) or only items up to date when they will remove it. So if they would use the easiest way for them, you would get only armor and weapons which are tied to that campaign/raid. For example, from raids you would get only tokens and "raid items" from chests but not random drops along the way. From Red War, you would get all items which are tied to specific missions etc. What do you think about that?
