Legend of Acrius Quest
The Legend of Acrius Quest step the requires that you complete the Leviathan raid has been bugged for my friend, he cannot progress past it despite getting to that step with multiple characters and completing the raid, he's a day one player and he still does not have even the unupgraded LoA because this step is bugged for him, is their something he could do to correct this?

It would be a lot more helpful if your friend could post this quest so that we could review their account better. The Legend of Acrius quest has these steps: 1) On the Comms: Acquire from Benedict or randomly from Cabal on Nessus. Eliminate Cabal soldiers on Nessus until you collect 5 Communication Ciphers. 2) Destroyer of Worlds: Complete the Leviathan Raid. 3) Imperial Invitation: Complete the special Arms Dealer Strike on Earth. Trigger it in the EDZ, not the Strike menu. 4) Cabal Killer: Kill 25 Cabal, Kill 15 Cabal at close range, and Kill multiple Cabal without reloading 10 times. 5) His Highness's Seals: Collect 100 Emperor's Seals. Seals come from completing encounters in the Leviathan raid, each rewarding 10 seals. Either do the Castellum 10 times, or the full raid twice. This step completes the Acrius weapon. 6) Always a Hero: Complete the Leviathan raid on Prestige difficulty. This rewards an ornament for the Acrius. If your friend is stuck on Step 2, then it sounds like they don't have the quest on their character and should visit Benedict to see if they can pick it up again.
