I have Legend of Acrius unlocked on my warlock but can't transfer it or reacquire in my Titan or Hunter my friend said I should be able to is this because it is not fully upgraded of another issue?

Allo there, If it only has 1 shot then you still have the quest version. You'll need to carry on the questline and it will get 2 shots and then it will be transferable.
