Exotic Recluse partner weapon: Name: Arachnid’s Lair Weapon Type: Heavy Sniper Rifle Energy type: Arc Impact: 30 Range: 40 Stability: 50 Handling: 60 Reload: 65 RPM: 120 Magazine: 6 Reserves: 16 (including magazine) “Concealed, I strike. I long to be alone.” Intrinsic — Hidden Spigot: This weapon fires two rounds at once. Three rapid kills with this weapon will partially refill the magazine. Barrel — Polygonal Rifling: Barrel optimised for recoil reduction. * Increases stability Magazine — Extended Mag: This weapon has a greatly increased magazine size, but reloads much slower. * Greatly increases magazine size. * Greatly decreases reload speed. Trait — Master of Reclusion: Kills with The Recluse gives this weapon improved stability and range that lasts for a brief period or until a shot is fired. Stock — Short-Action Stock: This weapon is especially easy to grip. * Greatly increases handling speed. Exotic Catalyst — A Most Intricate Web: A precision kill with this weapon while buffed with ‘Master of Reclusion’ will grant the buff ‘Strike from the Lair’, which increases The Recluse’s impact and range for a short time. Two rapid kills with The Recluse while it is buffed with ‘Strike from the Lair’ will refund two rounds of ammunition into this weapon’s magazine and greatly increase target acquisition for one shot. Lore Tab: “Concealed, I strike. I long to be alone.” — To see my eyes is to lose your own. Enter my home, and do so despair. You’ll be feed for my young, I tell you, beware. EDIT: Hidden Spigot requires three rapid kills (not precision) using the whole magazine, which will refund four rounds (two shots), which will turn require a reload to proc the perk again. To proc A Most Intricate Web costs one shot (two rounds) landing a precision kill while the Master of Reclusion buff is active. Completing this and then getting two rapid kills with The Recluse immediately afterwards refunds one shot (two rounds) and grants a permanent accuracy buff until the shot is fired. This design allows for quick rapid kills with more ammo consumption and reloads with diminishing returns; refunding two shots for every three kills in a row — or a more difficult swapping of buffs and weapons that returns one shot for one shot (so theoretically endless heavy) but with a high skill floor that makes using the catalyst have more risk for granting endless heavy which will fail if you miss a shot or kill within the buff timeframes.
So how will this work in boss fights
