Can Bungie boost stats of 2019 Solstice Armor in Armor 2.0?
Bungie promised that we would be able to use the 2019 Solstice Armor as the first "Pinnacle" Armor 2.0 armor set in Shadowkeep. That lasted for about 5 minutes as the stats on Solstice Armor is only 48 pts of stats on each piece, and every pinnacle piece of gear outside of Solstice thereafter is about 60+. I even spent the 5k in Bright Dust for a second armor glow for the Solstice Armor that now I can't even use. Can Bungie either make the Solstice Armor and armor glow available as ornaments, or boost the existing point stats on the Solstice Armor to bring it in line with the stats of other "Pinnacle" armor?

They did promise, I remember that. Then they save face by technically keeping there promise although the quality of the armor they let us keep is pure trash and completely irrelevant in the current game.

1 ReplyI believe they said no to that. Yes it was the first 2.0 set. But now they have no plans to upgraded it.

3 RepliesGonna have to wait until this year's Solstice event for actual good Solstice armor. I mean, I get it. I also want my badass looking gear to actually be badass. I also know Bungie wants to have a continued interest in events and have a reason for players to participate in those events. Expect better Solstice gear later this year.

4 RepliesIt’s sad that bungie said that solstice will be converted to 2.0, hyped us to do the stupid event over and over again. Only to have low rolls (less than 50) and they knew we would get low rolls.
