Once cross save is enabled, the only account function you can perform is to link new accounts. You can NOT unlink existing accounts and you can NOT change the primary cross save account while cross save is enabled. If all you want to do is change the primary cross save account you can try submitting the cross save contact form on this page, https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099 If Bungie is unable to assist you with your request in the above form then the only way to make changes to your set up is to first disable cross save, which then puts you into a 90 day waiting period until you can turn it back on.
