Wealth of Emperor won't go away
I had the Wealth of the Emporer buff active while I maxed out my chalice and now there is no way to disable it and it doesn't seem to go away (or drop runes like it's supposed to do).

Yeah bungie know, no idea on a fix, obviously it's safe to assume it's low on the list of things that need fixing right now.
