The emote "Unbridled Enthusiasm" is missing the start-up sound effect
Random video to help specify which sound effect I'm referring to; starts at 0:24 and ends at 0:26. Such a change wasn't mentioned in any of the recent patch notes which makes me assume it's an unintended change. Any insight?
