Weird net problems, playing from China

Heelo everyone, maybe someone can help me with this. I'm currently live in China, and have a lot of errors, disconnects (with a lot of error, like anteater, beaver, moose, olive etc, but the most common one is Baboon) tied to a specific time period, usually from PST 7am to 10/10:30am or 11pm to 2am here. During these hour playing is Impossible, but after that it's almost perfect, with slight delays from time to time and maybe 1 dc. I tried using bungie's troubleshooting guide, changing router setting, tried enabling/disabling upnp, port forwarding, using new router, called provider to send a guy and check (he found nothing wrong), some of these methods made it a little bit better, some made it worse, but nothing fixes it. The last resort that I'm thinking of is changing the provider, which I'm reluctant to do, since I'm using one of the more stable/trustworthy providers here. Does anyone has an idea to what all this can be connected to? Or maybe you can suggest any other tweak to router settings I can perform? I'm using Win10, wired connection. Please help.

  • It sounds like your network is being throttled during these times. Seems odd as that shouldn't be a heavy usage time that late. Have you checked connection upload/download speeds, packet loss, etc. during these time frames?
