Iron Banner Summary : Matchmaking creates imbalanced teams. Match starts, one team is loosing significantly. Match continues down predictable path; with obvious assistance from poor matchmaking. Modern warfare’s multiplayer is 10x better than crucible, the only reason majority of people go in crucible is to grind out some quest or bounty. It’s a damn mess

1 ReplyKnow what I loved about D1? I could use basically any gun in any situation. I rocked Suros Regime 24/7 until Xur sold TLW, and I used that until I got Thorn because I never got Fatebringer in Y1. And my Matador 64 was MY Matador

3 RepliesReal quick, if I remember correctly, people hated Nova Warp being able to hit through walls so that was fixed... So Fist of Havoc does the exact same thing and so naturally, nobody talks about it... If Nova Warp had this removed, again I'm not sure if it did, shouldn't Fist of Havoc have this removed too? It's only fair that if you want something nerfed for a reason then something else has the same thing, the exact same treatment, right?

Got to love the pinnacle rewards from IB this week: 1st drop primary sniper at 963 same as my highest primary was 2nd drop chest at 963 actually needed 3rd drop helmet at 964 needed aswell 4th drop helmet at 964...

1 ReplyIf you’re really embracing the “you had to be there” philosophy, then please, remove [i][u]ALL[/u][/i] strikes before Year 2 Forsaken and you might as well remove most Y1 things anyways. Take the forges out of the game and the menagerie as well entirely. We don’t need any of the Leviathan raids at all. Everything before Forsaken/Shadowkeep should be removed from a “story” perspective.

Actually wanted to try out Crucible again, after almost 7 months of not playing it. Went into Iron Banner and... first of, this "quest" to even get around spending tokens is stupid, felt right away I'm not gonna bother with it. I hate being forced playing with weapon types I don't like (all up to me I know). And then.. the lag.. the lag/matchmaking is horrible. Just horrible. Played a few games but felt pretty much straight away I'm not gonna bother with this. During these months Ive gotten better internet aswell, been seeing improvments in other games like Apex, but in D2 it's worse than ever. Before IB I thought I'd try some Comp out aswell but seeing how IB turned out and reading other peoples experiences... I think I'm just gonna stay out of crucible. And Bungie, what is up with the blackscreens before each game? I had time to go get coffee and walk the neighbours dog during these "loadtimes"...

Also, this isn't a "community event." Mars community challenge was a "community event" because it involved the actual community of players, and no one felt excluded.

3 RepliesThere is literally no reason for me to play anymore. It's the first time in five years I just don't want to play. I can't even just put my controller down for a few months and then play again. Because my only entertainment from the game was the great lore and collections. But now I can no longer play past events and keep up with an ever growing story. (A new story starts every season with no closure). I cannot afford to pay the prices for the eververse collections, so now feel it's time to just forget the game and find something new. Especially considering if I leave there will be no way to continue my collections. I can also see where this will lead. Instead of a 'had to be there moment' it will just simply be 'oh you can't get that anymore' I used to love showing new guardians all the highs and lows of destiny, but I can't do that no longer either as activitys will not be staying around. Please get your stuff together Bungie. I’ll start playing again if I see something worth playing. This childish Fortnite battlepass + FOMO MTX tactic isn’t working. Most of the people I know from Destiny 1 don’t even play anymore because this game has fallen so far.
