Can't start Outbreak Perfected quest
So as you can see in the video I can open the door and pick up the transponder but the quest won't show. The first time I did this the quest popped up but as fast as I went to check what to do it wasn't there. What's weird is that I can pick the quest up and see it on my alt. So I have no idea why it won't show here.
I would greatly appreciate any help in this!
