I have Forsaken on PS4 but i can’t play on PC
Hey Bungie youu don't have to be so greedy. Computer players can transfer their DLC but why console players cant do this? Please help me and help us! I dont give money for this forsaken because already i have this DLC

You have to own Foraksen on each platform. This is a license issue with each platform not a Bungie issue.
