Problem been resolved.
Got the "Smoldering Flame" (Unlocked) from "Shaxx" engram packages today but my emblem slot was full & postmaster full an I Can't "Reacquire" from collection (says it's unlocked, like it's in full color not in faded a grey color) for some reason? NO red warning of "can only hold one at a time", no "reacquire" button & it does Not showing up emblem 9 slot??? Switching character does not work.
It's Another glitch/bug.

1 ReplySmoldering Flame is a variant of Fireforged Valor. Variants are like ornaments, so you need to inspect Fireforged Valor and equip Smoldering Flame from the customization slot.
