Im having the following issue i recently switched over to ps4 and now i cant deactivate my cross save to access the characters on there as i dont have my xbox one anymore. I also didnt know that silver would be an issue it never warned me about that either plus its been weeks since i bought silver and my balance is 0. Can bungie please deactivate cross save for me waiting for 63 days is absurd as i play d2 daily

You just need to have your XBL credentials, which you already do. Using CrossSave lets you continue on without starting over again - you are just choosing one of the platform saves, not anything from your console specifically. If you turn off CrossSave you will have to wait 90 days to use it again in the first place, and second of all, you would be starting over from scratch ([i]or wherever PS4 left off[/i]). It's your choice however. You will have to wait before you can turn it off, per CrossSave policy. It was not meant to be turned on/off at will.
