Hey there! You should have received the third token when you got all 3 tokens from the hidden mission on the Tangled Shore. Did you ever had the third token in your Quest inventory? Maybe on the second page which is not visible on your pictures? If you did not, could you please check your Postmaster and Petra Venj? It's possible that you did not get the Token due to a full Quest inventory (as you have 63/63 slots filled which I can see from your picture at the bottom left).
