HELP: Please close Destiny 2, right click on Destiny 2 app in the Steam app to run 'VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES...' in 'Properties'. Then restart Destiny 2 to try again.

I keep getting this error whenever I play the game^ I've deleted destiny and reinstalled multiple times.. I've set it up to run as admin.. I've deleted all the files aside from the folders in the Destiny 2 folder in steamapps..then verified files I've deleted everything and installed in Program Files rather than Program Files (x86).. I've done the clear download cache in steam.. I even totally cleared steam off of my PC and redownloaded steam AND Destiny.. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING. I'm going mad...

Same thing here... I've tried every fix I've come across at this point and the game is unplayable. Really hope Bungie can come up with a fix.
