One of my friends I’ve known for a long time now was somewhat recently banned name (Robin) he was playing crucible one night with a group of our friends and when he woke up the next morning his account had been permanently banned. As well as another one of our friends accounts. The other friend they were playing with was not banned. I know for a fact that he has never used any type of hacks or exploits in the game before and would never risk trying anything like that either. At this point he’s already put countless hours trying to get a new account he’s created and repurchased the full game on back to the level he was at on his old one but catching back up to an account you had thousands of hours on isn’t a small task. If anyone at bungie could at least tell me or him why he was banned specifically other than the vague email he got saying he was banned for cheating. Which he wasn’t cheating and I know that for a fact. Anything would be nice, any answer at all. At this point we aren’t too hopeful for getting his account back just due to how impossible it seems after the hours I spent trying to figure out how to contact bungie about this issue. Thnx
