Did you start from a checkpoint or leave to orbit at any point during the attempt? You have to do a full fresh completion without going to orbit.

Nah, works just fine over multiple attempts as long as every attempt is solo

Thats already been disproven by multiple other posts on here. It doesn't work like shattered throne.

Not from checkpoint I started from first encounter in sorrow's harbor

But if you didn't reset the checkpoint, regardless of being at first encounter, it doesn't count.
