Cross save didn't transfer Shadowkeep
I recently activated cross save to play my Steam account on my Xbox except I don't, for some reason, have Shadowkeep when I bought the DLC on Steam. Any help please?

Game licenses do not transfer between platforms. You will need to purchase any paid content that you wish to play, for each platform on which you are wanting to play it.
