Cross Save Not Working On Xbox One X (FAO Bungie Staff)
Hi Bungie!
My cross save is enabled on my Bungie profile. PlayStation is set as main account. When I start Xbox version it doesn't have my PlayStation account which I can't use.
What is the problem?

Looks like something is wrong on Bungie side. Cross save us active yet doesn’t sync on Xbox. I uploaded screenshots of cross save. Done a factory reset of Windows 10. PS4 and Steam version work fine but not Xbox One X. Any help from Bungie staff?
