Hi, I earned the Iron Banner season 3 Helm ornament back in the day but I cannt seem to use it on my new IB armor for season 8. The Item is in my collections and I can pull it out and "unlock" it via the items page, but It still says I haven't unlocked it when i try to apply it to my Season 7 or 8 IB helms. I distinctly remember unlocking and using it back in Season 3, (or else why would it be in my collections? The items I haven't earned appear as blank spaces) So why can I not use it now? I can use the other two items I have unlocked for that season. The only information I have found is people saying that it wasn't earned, but I know I earned it. I appreciate any help
