Hello, I'd like to think i'm a pretty forgiving guy when it comes to games. but hole crap what are you guys doing over there. Starting with the first week of your pc migration. i wasnt able to transfer my characters. after posting about 10 posts on the forum before getting an answer, your solution for me was to make a new steam account to transfer my characters to. WHAT? thats like saying. yeah sorry your shit is broken just buy a new one i guess. At this point i'm just at least happy i can access my characters and play the game. WRONG! I'm constantly having network issues. sometimes i can play normally but it just shows ''contacting servers'' every 5 seconds. Other times i get kicked and i get an error code that seemed to be picked out of a hat. ''weasel'' chicken'' and ''centipede''. And the worst part of it all is that i can't even contact a support person about it or create a ticket. no i have to post on this forum and hope to god that some staff member sees it in time before it gets spammed down with all the other posts. and if they answer it will most likely be that theyre already looking into it. or answer one of standart fixes like ''have you tried clearing your cache''. ''Have you tried turning your pc off and on again.'' It's shamefull. Now don't take this as a personal attack to anyone. maybe you're understaffed or something. but a company of this size should not be this shitty to its consumers. Just needed to vent. hopefully at some point i can play the game withouth problems. Have a good one,
You say “a company this size” it’s still a fairly small company. Not to mention all of the errors you listed are client side.
