2 weeks, with the 3rd already started is more than enough for a mediocre player to reach 950 on gear light. I have friends who play literally 1 hour a day being 950 since Friday. They did not play competitive, nor did the reckoning titan glitch. Any player bellow 940 should start doing his weekly challenges and stop complaining about sweats or players who progress through the game more efficiently than them.
