Have they removed the decreasing chance of getting something you already have each time you get a repeat? This was when armor perk rolls were a thing, now it's stats. I don't know if they scrapped that. I've had 19 exotics since shadowkeep launched, not including quest rewards, still no monte carlo. So many clan members play far less than I and had it on the first week. I'm season rank 74 and just opened another season exotic for yet another mechaneers tricksleeves. To summarise: do I have an increased chance of getting monte carlo the next time, each time I don't get it? Is this effect stacking? (it's the one world loot exotic i don't have)
