CROSS SAVE ISSUES
I am trying and have been trying for weeks now to enable cross save on my ps4 account(which is my only one). In the authentication part where we have to log the account it clearly shows my account but it does not let me continue with the process. Am I missing something? I don't understand what's happening.

You say that you are trying to setup cross-save, but you also said that you only have a PSN account. What exactly are you planning to cross-save with? Cross-save requires at least two accounts, on two different platforms. So you need either a Steam account, or an Xbox account, to activate cross-save with your PS4 account. I strongly suggest reading the cross-save FAQ, to get a better understanding of what cross-save is, and how it works.
