Stop sending modulus reports/Phantasmal Cores/fragments to postmaster!
Seriously, wtf Bungie. Stop allowing this crap to go to my postmaster. There's only 20 slots in there to begin with. Now 3 of those spots are just filled with useless crap that shouldn't be in there in the first place..
