Saved up 7 daily bounties and one weekly bounty still haven't received the rare bounty

The rare bounty is attached to RNG, there is no guarantee that you will get one after a specific amount. I get 1-2 rare bounties per month. I have 363 Bergusia, 114 Volunder, 98 Gofannon, and 68 Izanami forge completions, I've turned in a whole lot of those bounties by now. Maybe 16-18 rare bounties collected so far.

I had the same problem, then I was advised to complete all of the daily bounties and turn them in all at once. Did this and got the heroic. Don’t know if by luck or if it actually works that way, but worked for me. Good luck!!

You usually get one a week if you’re doing all your bounties, so keep trying

Best to turn in a bunch of daily bounties all at once for a better chance for it to drop. I did get one yesterday after completing a forge but I haven't looked at what I need to do for it yet.

It's a rare reward for turning in the daily bounties. Just holding onto them won't help, you get the rare when you actually turn them in.
