I guess I dont understand that I had to claim the code in the email AGAIN after I clicked claim or whatever on the rewards page. It feels like I was really cheated when all I wanted to do was not have to have two orders shipped. So I had completed enough triumphs to get my tshirt a couple of weeks ago but hadn't completed the whole thing to get the pin if I wanted it so I held off on getting my shirt so I could just make one order. Fast forward to today when the event was supposed to end and I go to put in an order for the shirt and pin and anything else I really want and the shirt is still there but the code to get the shirt is not on the rewards page anymore and the email that I requested on 9/6 tells me the reward is no longer available. The shirt itself is available for purchase until 9/30 so you would think that anyone that got the triumphs done would be able to still get the code and the shirt since completing it doesnt change. Hell I can purchase the pin with the code which means I got ALL the triumphs done, let alone the 15 or whatever you needed for the shirt. Should maybe be noted that I have the game on PC? Can anyone on console confirm that they are having this issue too? Maybe there is some issue with detection or something due to the switch to steam that is happening? I dont know, I just really hope that this can be fixed before the 30th because I got my shirt last year and would really like it this year too.
