Cursebreaker Seal Pin redemption code errors

Hello, I was posting this to hopefully get some help with an ongoing problem I've been having with the redemption code for my Cursebreaker seal pin.[u] I unlocked the seal in-game, and a day later I claimed the code and had it sent to my email on 8/20, before the expiration date listed in the rewards page in my account.[/u] later that day, I had tried to use both the code I was sent for the Cursebreaker seal and the code I was sent for the Dredgen seal on the Bungie store while I was on my phone. It initially let me use the code for the Dredgen seal pin with zero fuss, I even kept the pin in my cart by itself just in case. [u]However, when I went to use the code for the Cursebreaker seal, again keeping only the seal pin by itself in my cart, it immediately gave me an error saying the code was invalid.[/u] [i]Keep in mind, I literally just unlocked the seal in-game a couple of hours and a half prior to this happening.[/i] I ended up just saying "whatever, I can fix it later when I get home" but sadly I ended up forgetting about it as the day went on. Fast forward to today 9/17, and I just unlocked the title seal for the MMXIX title in the wee hours of the morning, I've been up for most of the night playing through two back-to-back first time completions of the Scourge of the Past and Crown of Sorrows Raids. After taking a break for a couple of hours, I go onto my computer to claim the MMXIX seal pin redemption code, and after adding it as the only item in my cart like I did with the Dredgen seal pin, it worked flawlessly much to my surprise. So after seeing this I figured I'd try giving the Cursebreaker seal pin code another shot, thinking maybe it was just my phone causing an issue last time, but lo and behold it gives me the same error it did on my phone as well. If anyone from the help team sees this and may be able to help me resolve this issue, or at least point me in the right direction, it would be very, very much appreciated.
