D1 strikes are so fun!
played through the D1 strike playlist today, and my god, i loved it! the strikes from the first game are so much better than the second! matchmaking was a little tedious here and there, but it still felt so good to fight alak-hul, the psion flayers, the shield brothers, i mean come on! destiny is such a fun and amazing game in so many regards, how is destiny 2 so much... worse?
[spoiler]maybe because not every boss relies on the outdated, overused, annoying, bullshblamit stomp ability? hmm...[/spoiler]

Edited by PilksUK: 9/15/2019 2:59:21 PMD2 has no soul/personality...Its all tedious mechanics, jumping puzzles,foot stomps with a shallow boring lootpool basically all the fun was taken out...replaced with ways to nickle and dime the player base with doing as little as they can. If they brought D1 to PC I would be playing that! cant go back to controller lol

Same i dusted off my raid weapons a few legendarys and had a blast in the strike list so much fun.

Yeh Boi. Just another disappointment from Disappointment 2. D1 forever, Alak Hul The Dark Blade was my favourite strike, something so cool about jumping into pitch black and fighting your enemy. Spent a lot of time jumping in circles down in that pit.

Played strike playlist loads in D1. D2 strikes just seem like an after thought and too vanilla. Also during D2 year 1 I would get the Pyramidiion strike ALL the time first. Hate it now. Enjoyed The Corrupted and Broodhold but too little too late IMHO.
