I Keep Getting Dupes. Really starting to feel hopeless.
Okay so I average about 10-12 engrams a week on both characters since the start of the Year One Engrams being implemented, so this would put me at a few hundred(I'm not sure on the exact number hence why I'm breaking it down like this.) I keep getting dupes such as armor pieces, shaders. I haven't gotten any of the exotic ships at all since the year one engrams started. I thought I would have had my Ikora's Resolve by now but since the season is nearly over, I'm starting to feel as if I'll never get it. What's going on? I honestly didn't think getting a ship would be this taxing or grindy.

uhm, theres no knock out system / dupe protection on the normal engrams?

1 Replyif your on console, logging off,switching off you console and removing power for 5 mins and try clearing your cache. i had this issue in D1 Y3 when the game started to give me the same damn exotic every time, ad the same pair of boots in VOG.

You have to remember that you have a chance to get [i]any[/i] of the items from year one. Considering that doesn’t include events it’s still a ton of items considering. I have a few items I haven’t gotten from year 1 either. You haven’t gotten any of the exotics from year 1?
